I’m Janine Mitchell, founder of Change for Success, a UK based consultancy. I hold a Masters’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, I’m a published researcher and a fully trained hypnotherapist, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), and NLP specialist.

 

For the past 17 years, I have dedicated my life to helping people feel more serene, balanced, and focused. I founded Change for Success, a UK based consultancy to teach companies how to implement best practices for wellness in the workplace with the goal to take health from the individual to spread to entire work cultures. When I started seeing Janine I had recently returned to work after being signed off ill with work related stress and depression, my first time ever. I was in a bad place.
