Whenever we go into any stress response, it’s our body’s primal way to look after us, to ensure we stay safe. But too much stress can lead to soo many physical and mental health complaints so it’s all about what you can do differently and how you can ensure you don’t let stress take control of you.

I want you to be more aware of your thoughts. Here are 3 simple steps to change them around.
If you continue to get into a negative thought loop, this can lead to stress, overwhelm and quite frankly energy drain and funk.
So what can you do differently?
First of all, spend more time being more aware of your thoughts. Notice them, and then look at how you can take charge.
Notice whatever that negative or stressful thought is.
Take a moment to acknowledge it, and know that it is just a thought. You can take control.
Take a breath. Forgive yourself for the thought and decide to let it go.
Replace with a new thought. What can you choose right now to diffuse that previous thought?
Repeat this as often as you like. Be conscious. Be aware.
Once you start to become more aware, you start to rewire some of these unconscious processes.
